will be achieved through demonstrated quality, ethical behavior, client services and adherence to local and
International standards.
Consistent with this policy Windmaster will:

- seek continual improvement in reliability and Quality taking into account the latest technologies and trends in the industry, improved installation practices to exceed customer expectations
- Liaison with all employees to demonstrate personal commitment to achieve service excellence and holding the management and crew accountable for performance in their area(s) of responsibility;
- Communicate and consult with suppliers, factory and clients
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and other requirements that the organization subscribes internally and externally. Where adequate laws do not exist, we will apply standards that reflect our commitment towards this policy
- Set, review and act upon our Key Performance Indicators, objectives and targets.
